The Role A rare opportunity to lead a high-performing kitchen within one of Merivale’s busiest venues, working closely with Exec Chef Dan Hong. We’re looking for a proven Head Chef (3 years) with experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments, confident operating at a senior level while staying close to the pass.
